Customers within the continental United States may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

  • Unused & Undamaged: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and free from damage.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and tags must be included.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required to complete your return.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To begin the return process:

  • Email support@kitchenardent.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • We will respond with instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label.

4.2 Preparing Your Return

  • Safely pack the item in its original packaging.
  • Include all accessories and documentation.
  • Print and attach the return label provided via email.

4.3 Shipping the Return

  • Ship the item within 7 days of receiving return authorization.
  • Use a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


6. Specific Return and Refund Conditions

6.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • The request must be made within 14 days.
  • Items must meet all return eligibility criteria.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any restocking or return shipping fees (if applicable).

6.2 Defective or Damaged Goods

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping.

6.3 Incorrect Product Received

  • We will provide a prepaid label and ensure the correct product is shipped promptly.

6.4 Product Never Arrived

  • Contact us if your item hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe.
  • We will investigate with the carrier and offer a full refund or replacement if confirmed lost.

6.5 Order Cancellation

  • Before shipment: Orders may be canceled for a full refund.
  • After shipment: Follow the standard return process after delivery.

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
